It has been feeling like summer here in northern PA now for about 2-3 weeks & we are LOVING it! Will said how winter made it all that much better… I couldn’t agree more!
We have been enjoying taking our workouts outside & just being outside!
Tonight I even got Will to go for a short run with me after our workouts!! It had been a while since this has happened, because of his current goals.
Some other things I sure have been enjoying are smoothies & protein shakes. I finally got some vanilla protein powder again (which is my favorite) & have been enjoying it with frozen fruit. So refreshing for these hot days!
Here is a quick little challenge to throw into your workout.
2 rounds (or more depending what else you are doing)
30 seconds of burpees
30 seconds of air squats
30 seconds holding a plank
