Today we made it into the 60s!!!! Taking my workout to the outdoors was a must!

This is what I did:

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 10 minutes

My music made it out there as well… What sad grass!

30 walking lunges (15 per side) with heavier weight

15 jumping squats

AMRAP in 10 minutes

100 jump rope

10 burpees

Then I went for a 3 mile run.

I challenge you to do try this sometime. The beauty of these workouts is that you can always modify it to your fitness level. For instance, if you are more of a beginner, do the walking lunges without any weight. Or with the jumping squats, just do air squats instead of jumping ones (be sure to have watched Will’s video on the squat form if you haven’t already here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_alLGt_Z9E). It’s your call. Also, rest when you need to & keep the clock running…this is your workout! Then try to end with either a 20 minute walk or run. Trust me, you won’t regret this one!
