Chicken salad is definitely one of our go-to meals. It is so easy to get around and fun to switch up with what we have on it.
The other night I grilled some chicken on the stove, threw on some red onions, feta cheese, homemade croutons & our favorite…avocado. Don’t forget to use spinach!! Spinach actually has some nutritional benefit (unlike iceberg or even romaine). The greener the vegetable, the more nutrients it contains!!
