Well, Will & I took the plunge into the blogger world! We wanted to start a website where we can share our love of fitness to our followers, encourage others to get moving, and live healthier lifestyles. We decided on our blog name because of our current workout space (it’s smaaall!) & the beginnings of our own home gym. We want to inspire you to create your own workout space at home, & make the most of what you have!!
Who We Are: It all began in one of our health-fitness classes at college. There I sat as a new Health-Fitness major, not knowing many people, when this hunk walked into my class. I knew I had to get to know this good-looking guy! It wouldn’t be till a couple years later that we actually started dating. Then when I finished college we tied the knot the summer of 2013. Life since has been wonderful! We both spent our first year married teaching at a Christian school in Memphis. I taught elementary PE, 10th grade Health, & a girls’ Bible class. Will taught PE at another campus & was the strength and conditioning coach. He would put the athletes through workout programs to help them get stronger for their sports.
We decided to move back to Pennsylvania, closer to family, and because of that we are not currently working jobs that are related to our major. Although, Will had the opportunity to assist the head strength & conditioning coach at Bucknell this summer, while personal training at the YMCA. During all that he studied & became certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Our love for fitness has not changed, as we continue to workout ourselves & stay current on exercise science. We decided to start this blog to share our passion for fitness and help inspire others to take steps towards healthier lifestyles.
